Our Shipping Team packs and ships your order almost immediately after receiving order confirmation. With every order shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number. The information that is available to you via USPS and FedEx, are the same resources that we have available to track your shipment. Please understand that we have no control over the shipping carriers and the time it takes for your shipment to arrive.
Please be on the lookout for the package delivery to ensure that your chocolates are in pristine condition. We suggest you send a message to your recipients to notify them of their delivery. Platter’s Chocolates cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
