Viewing Orders: A customer can access, review order history by visiting the following URL: http://www.PlattersChocolates.com/customer/account. Once logged in, you will be able to choose the "My Orders" link in the left navigation.
Updating Account Information: A Member can access, review and/or correct all of their personally identifiable information that was provided to us online by visiting the following URL: http://www.PlattersChocolates.com/customer/account. If a Member wishes to have their account deleted, the Member can send an email requesting the deletion to letters@PlattersChocolates.com.
